What games do you find yourself just wandering around in for the atmosphere?

I actually do this in games quite a lot. I love to wander around and enjoy the craftsmanship that goes into every little detail of the game.

My playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty has been taking me a long time because I vastly prefer navigating Night City as a pedestrian over participating in the story. I feel bad because the story is very good.

Another game with fantastic attention to detail is the Like a Dragon (Yakuza) series. In the game you can find amazingly detailed food images from every restaurant in the game. What I’m even more interested in is wandering around the fictional Japanese quickie mart Poppo.

So much love and work went in to every single item on the shelves of the store.
